Definitely not as much strength as usual, but so excited to still follow my fave routine, the Egg Drop. Hey, maybe losing some strength will make me actually focus on form for once 😉
Doctor has approved aerials and I plan to continue as long as I can! I’ve heard of other ladies up on the silks through third trimester.
Psyched to still be flying!
